Courtney Tolmie
Courtney Tolmie is the Founder of Wonderlight Consulting, which was started in 2021 to help committed, mission-driven organizations and social change makers around the world ask the hard questions about how they can improve their work. Wonderlight works with partners in three critical areas: (1) improving partners’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adaptive Learning practices, (2) using creative Process Facilitation methods to help guide partners on their strategic journeys, and (3) providing thematic expertise on issues of Open Governance, Accountability, and Community Engagement. Courtney brings fifteen years of experience working with non-profit organizations, donors, and policymakers to strengthen global health, education, and governance through technical support, design, and implementation of evaluation and adaptive learning strategies.
