Jim Coe
Jim is interested in learning, and whose learning counts, and why, and how strategy and evaluation processes can support or constrain learning. Alongside working with NGOs and foundations, he is looking to find the best ways of supporting groups and networks outside of the professionalised sector. Over two decades as a freelance consultant, he has built up extensive experience of working with campaigns and social movements. Prior to going freelance, Jim worked in the campaigns department at Oxfam GB, latterly as Strategy Development and Learning Manager. Jim is based in London.
